You should know exactly
what happens after you sign.

The goal is to build a desk you can see, understand and influence — from the first target list through the live conversation, booked meeting and future follow-up.

  1. 01

    Kickoff + team introduction

You meet the SDR, account support and anyone else working on the campaign. Roles, communication channels, urgent escalation and review cadence are clear before activity begins.

  2. 02

    ICP, offer + guardrails

We define the target companies, personas, offer, qualification logic and the accounts that must never be contacted. Existing customers and DNC records can be suppressed before the list is activated.

  3. 03

    Data + campaign build

We source the target data, prepare calling and outreach infrastructure, write email and LinkedIn copy, build follow-up logic and prepare the CRM workflow. A straightforward single-SDR build targets roughly three working days after approvals.

  4. 04

    Client approval

You see the ICP, scripts and campaign direction before launch. We do not start improvising against your market and then ask for forgiveness later.

  5. 05

    Supported campaign launch

The assigned SDR starts approved outreach. Early activity and conversations are reviewed to check targeting, qualification and messaging, with coaching and adjustments based on market feedback.

  6. 06

    Live visibility + follow-up

Leads, outcomes and activity are visible as the campaign runs. Call recordings are available where supported, while automated branches keep callbacks and interested-but-not-now prospects in future pipeline.

  7. 07

    Review, optimise + scale

Weekly and monthly reviews cover activity, conversations, objections, meeting quality and next changes. Scaling plans, performance incentives and larger team timelines are agreed with the client rather than added by surprise.

After launch

Visibility throughout delivery.

Your campaign includes agreed activity reporting, call reviews and a clear point of contact. Reporting access and review frequency are confirmed during onboarding.

Live campaign visibility

Track activity, leads and outcomes while the campaign is running.

Call quality access

Use recordings and call reviews to understand what prospects are actually saying.

Direct access to the desk

Bring the rep into an urgent conversation when something needs to be fixed quickly.

Future-pipeline workflows

Callbacks and non-immediate buyers stay in structured follow-up instead of disappearing.

Performance management

If the desk slips, the response is operational.

When performance drops, we review activity, recordings, data quality and messaging to identify the cause. Corrective actions, responsibilities and review dates are agreed with the client so progress can be tracked.

Rep replacement policy

If an SDR is not following the agreed process or required operating standard, the rep can be replaced rather than leaving the client to carry an unproductive seat. If an agreed replacement cannot be supplied, any refund treatment follows the signed client terms.

  • Clear ownership of corrective actions
  • Call-level coaching before assumptions
  • Replacement when process is not being followed
  • Escalation path agreed with the client

Integration choices

Fit the client, not the other way around.

Use your CRM

Where practical, the desk can work inside the client's existing process so sales hand-off and reporting stay familiar.

Use our stack

If you do not want to assemble the infrastructure yourself, we can run the campaign on the outbound stack used by the team.

Protect existing accounts

Customer lists, strategic accounts and do-not-contact records can be excluded before outbound begins.

Plan scale upfront

For larger SDR teams, launch dates, management layers, coverage and dependencies are scoped before the agreement is signed.

Scope your desk

Tell us who you want to reach. We will map how the campaign should run.
