Research note 01 · Partnership-led growth
Pets Let's Travel
Historical founder/team operating record
A three-SDR outbound programme was used to build relationships with moving and migration companies, turning cold partner prospecting into a recurring source of inbound referrals.
Metrics shown are historical figures from founder-provided campaign records. They should not be interpreted as a typical or guaranteed Cupids Network result.
Operating problem
The objective was not simply to book one-off sales meetings. The business needed a repeatable way to be introduced to pet owners at the moment they were already planning a move or migration.
Approach used
Ariyan mapped adjacent companies that already had the right customer relationship — moving companies and migration businesses — and treated them as a channel-partner market rather than as ordinary end customers.
What was built or tested
- Built targeted partner lists around relevant moving and migration companies.
- Used three SDRs to cold call the partner market consistently for roughly three months.
- Positioned a simple commercial referral relationship, including a small percentage for successful referrals.
- Tracked partner conversations and future follow-up rather than discarding 'not now' opportunities.
- As inbound volume developed, the same SDR capacity could also help handle incoming enquiries.
Recorded outcome
The campaign created a partnership channel designed to generate ongoing inbound introductions instead of relying only on fresh cold prospecting every month.
Operator lesson
The strongest outbound campaigns can create distribution. A meeting is useful; a partner that repeatedly introduces buyers can become an asset.
